Welcomer is a tool that's included with each Custom Bot. It can be used in many ways, it's up to you. It's an event that runs when a new member enters your Discord Server.

My welcomer will not work!
Due to Discord's limits, you must enable a feature called "Server Member Intent" on your Bot Settings.
Head to https://discord.com/developers/applications and find your bot. Now, press the "Bot" tab and scroll down to "Privileged Gateway Intents".
Enable "Presence Intent" and "Server Members Intent". Your problem should now be fixed, please note this can take up to 5 hours to become live by Discord.
