Our giveaway module is another module we take pride in. We're one of the only custom bot providers that offer this feature globally. You can easily host giveaways to give back to your community, completely custom, with no extra charges.
What features are offered and how can I use them?
| GivewayStart - GiveawayStart will lead you through multiple prompts in order to start a giveaway. You can choose what the prize is, the date the giveaway ends on, how many winners, who you want to ping, and what channel to send the giveaway to. | End - If you want to end a specific giveaway earlier than the date you put in, you just need to have the giveaway ID. If you're not sure where to find the giveaway ID, you can keep reading for more information. | Reroll - Reroll allows you to find a different winner, again, you need the giveaway ID for this. This command is super helpful if someone didn't claim their prize and you need to find a new winner. |
I'm getting an error, what does it mean and how can I fix it?
| Missing Permission: \nADD_REACTIONS - Your custom bot was never given the correct permissions, we recommend just giving your bot the administrator permission so you don't encounter this error or anything similar again. | Sorry I don’t understand - You'll need to reply with a valid response, you'll only get this error if you reply with an invalid response. | There’s a problem with your Giveaway - The giveaway you created failed, this could be due to the length might be too long or too short, you used a custom emoji (you can view more on that below), your bot wasn't granted permission to send in that channel, etc. |
| Incorrect time usage - You need to provide your custom bot with a valid time, something such as "3dmh" won't work. | This Giveaway does not exist - The giveaway you're trying to find doesn't exist, ensure you entered the ID correctly. | I need the Giveaway ID - In order to make any changes to the giveaway, you're going to need the ID. My Nitro emoji isn't working, what's going on.?
Due to the way Discord structured their API, your bot won't be able to use custom emojis whether it's from your server or from a different server, it won't work. You'll need to use an emoji that's preloaded into Discord in order for the winner to be drawn.
Setting up a Giveaway
1. Run !giveawaystart (using your prefix)
2. Mention a channel
3. Select a role from the dropdown
4. Select how many winners you want
5. State what you are giving away
6. Choose the timings
7. Choose your embed colour from
