Custom bots have our Support System, inspired by ModMail. This is a brilliant way for your community to reach your staff on topics such as Reports, Applications, Questions, etc.
Why should I use this support over other bots?
Our Support product is loved by all of our customers. It's fully customisable and is the most modern way of using support. The support user contacts you by DMing your Custom Bot, this creates a ticket and a channel is created in your desired Support server. New messages will be sent in the designated support text channel, you can respond to these by Snippets, Reply, Anonymous Reply Command, it's up to you!
How to set up the support feature.
1: Head to your Support tab in your Server dashboard. Ensure that the feature is enabled.
2: Set "Support Server" to your chosen Support server's ID, this is where new tickets will be posted.

Snippets
You can send fast replies to your Support user through snippets, such as a lovely "claim" message, or maybe an "appeal" snippet? Up to you! You can have over 100 snippets if you must.

Snippets Abbreviations
We offer many abbreviations that you can use in your Snippet message!
$usermention - @cal
$userid - cal#1234
$time - 22:31:39 GMT+0000
$date - Thurs August 19 2021
Snippets Types

Open Ticket Prompt
You can enable the Open Ticket Prompt and this sends a confirmation to the user when they DM the bot for the first time so that they don't make a mistake ticket. This is recommended. Oh and you can completely customise the message!
How do you reply?
1: Head to your said ticket channel
2: For snippet usage: run !send snippet_name/For anonymous replies run !a reply message/For normal replies run !reply message
Now the message will be sent off to the Support user's DMs!
Troubleshooting & Common Issues
My bot won't respond to me when I message it!
This could be due to incorrect configuration setup. Review your current setup (Support Server, Category & Role). Ensure that your bot has permission to create channels in your Support server. Updates can take up to 15 seconds to upload to your bot. Still happening? Contact our support team.
My bot won't send messages to the user when I try to reply in the channel!
Make sure that you're using the command to reply, default replies such as "How can I help?" won't be sent. The member might have left your server or blocked the support bot.
