Many of our customers use Group Management and they love everything about it. We hope Group Management helps you with your Roblox group, we can't wait to bring more exciting updates to Group Management in the future! Our audit and action logs allow our users to easily and simply log nearly anything that happens within their server. This might be confusing for some users, but don't worry, we're going to explain that in this article!
So, what are audit and action logs?
In short terms, it's a message your custom bot will send to a designated channel with nearly anything that happens within your server. Did someone send something you might not like and then deleted it? You'll be able to view that message along with so much more using audit and action logs, which might be referred to as logs for the remainder of this article.
How can I enable logs?
Easy! You'll need to go to the dashboard for the server you're trying to edit, find the moderation tab on the left-hand side of the screen, and scroll down to audit logs.

We highly recommend before doing anything, you select the channel you wish to send the logs to. Upon selecting the channel , scroll down to the bottom of the audit logs section and click save so you don't lose any data. After that, you can go ahead and enable or disable whatever types of logging you want or don't want. If you're unsure what each type of logging means, we suggest you keep reading. After that, we suggest you do the same thing with action logs.

What does the logging actually look like?
This is an example of what our audit logs look like. You can easily jump to the message that was edited and said message will even be highlighted so it's easy to find.

However, our action logs look a little different. You can easily view who the acting moderation was, who the moderator took action again, what action was taken, what the reason was, and what the case number is. The case number comes in handy if you want to view what the case information was at a later point in time or if you are trying to remove that specific case.

This is what the offender receives in Direct Messages.
