Omeo uses Stripe to manage Billing and Payments. Stripe is a trusted company used by many such as: Deliveroo, British Heart Foundation, Amazon & Spotify.
Along with this, we also provide an alternative of PayPal.
What information does Omero collect & store when I purchase a Custom Bot?
We only need 3 things for you! We care about your privacy and we only store what is necessary on our servers.
Information IDs
Checkout Session ID: - cs_live_aBcD48FiAk40sMBnaoL04X8dmbn239Lakjjr4228A - This is a Checkout Session Id, created when you purchase a bot. It is required in order for our servers to identify your Subscription Id.
Subscription ID: - sub_aBcD429EfG9583HiJ - This is a Subscription Id. This allows our servers to automatically renew, cancel or remind you of an upcoming payment.
- Customer ID - cus_IedAbCdEfGhI - This is unique to your Discord account, it's created once you log in for the first time. It allows you to connect to your Billing Portal.
So, can Omero view my card information?
No, we do not store this information and we never will. You can find out what we store above.

How do I access my Stripe Billing Portal?
Head to your Account Settings https://omeroot.co.uk/account and click Manage Billing, you will shortly be redirected to Stripes Secure billing portal. From there you can cancel, upgrade, downgrade, view invoices, attach/detach billing methods and more.
